Welcome to the website of Soul Boards: Art & Expression (“we,” “us,” “our”), which includes our custom skateboards, mural services, and TALE (The Authentic Layered Experience) podcast and series. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Services & Bookings
Our website allows you to learn about and book consultations for murals, custom skateboards, and podcast conversations. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a project. Pricing, deposits, cancellations, and other project details are covered in the separate agreement you accept when you submit an intake form or sign a contract.

3. Products, Pricing & Payments
All custom work is made to order. Prices may change without notice until a written quote or invoice is confirmed. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and we do not store your full payment details.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including artwork, designs, photos, videos, audio, podcast episodes, logos, and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written permission. Sharing our posts on social media with credit is welcome.

5. User Submissions
If you send us messages, photos, reference images, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. You give us permission to use them to complete your request. Any promotional use will follow the agreement you accepted.

6. Third-Party Links & Services
This site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Acuity Scheduling, payment processors, and podcast platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Skateboard Use Disclaimer
Painted skateboards are sold as art pieces and may also be ridden. Skateboarding carries inherent risk, and you use any board at your own risk.
